专门针对肠道湿热、腹泻痢疾的中成药，具有极强的清热化湿、行气止痛作用。
- 腹泻与痢疾：大便次数增多，排便不爽，甚至带有脓血或粘液。
- 里急后重：这是该药的标志性主治证——想拉拉不出，肛门有沉重的下坠感。
- 腹痛腹胀：肠鸣腹痛，排便后腹痛能暂时缓解。
- 现代医学应用：常用于急性肠炎、细菌性痢疾、溃疡性结肠炎（活动期）等。
服用剂量：
日服3次，每次3片，溫水送服。
Dosage：
Orally, 3 tablets once for adult, 3 times daily.To be taken with warm water.
