主要功效在于调节女性内分泌，缓解经前综合症（PMS）如乳房胀痛、情绪波动，以及减轻更年期不适。此外，它具有抗炎、滋润皮肤（改善湿疹）、保护心血管和抗氧化的作用。
剂量服法 : 日服2次,每次5粒,溫水送服
